★★★★★“Spend the extra to get it refurbished!”Dustin, Etsy review

Continuing the legacy of Paul McCobb’s Linear line for Calvin Furniture, this 66-inch-long, 8-drawer dresser model no. 407 is a masterpiece of mid-century modern design. Like its predecessors, it embodies McCobb’s vision of blending functionality with sleek, clean lines. Each drawer is perfectly aligned within the dresser's neat silhouette, offering ample storage without sacrificing style.

The dresser is expertly crafted from rich walnut, a wood prized for its durability and warm tones. The original aluminun handles and the subtle chrome accents on the front legs are a nod to the era's innovative use of mixed materials and add a sophisticated touch to the minimalist design. The dresser’s structure is a harmonious balance of strength and elegance.

As this piece awaits its revival with a medium brown walnut tone and a satin lacquer finish, it's poised to bring a contemporary edge to its inherently timeless design. This dresser will soon join the ranks of refinished classics, offering a storied piece of design history to modern homes. With its spacious drawers and impeccable construction, it is designed to be cherished for generations, encapsulating the essence of an era renowned for its refined simplicity and functional beauty.
