This exquisite three-piece set from Paul McCobb’s Linear line for Calvin Furniture epitomizes the elegant utility of mid-century modern design. Designed in the 1960s, the set includes two four-drawer dressers and a vanity shelf, all showcasing the clean lines and functional form synonymous with McCobb's influential work. His designs have become infamous, merging everyday practicality with a timeless aesthetic.

Crafted with rich walnut, each piece bears the original aluminum handles and subtle aluminum accents on the front legs that reflect the era's fascination with mixed materials. The vanity shelf features a flip-up mirror, ingeniously integrating beauty and utility, and adds an interactive element to the set. This particular ensemble is slated for refinishing in a medium brown walnut tone, complemented by a satin lacquer finish that promises to enhance the wood's natural grain and warm coloration.

Upon completion, the refinished set will not only revive the original splendor envisioned by McCobb but will also offer a contemporary touch through its refreshed finish. Perfect for those who appreciate the fusion of historical design with modern restoration, this set is bound to be a centerpiece in any bedroom, embodying the grace and sophistication of its era while resonating with modern living standards.
