Refund policy

All sales by Mod City Madness are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for any reason, including but not limited to change of mind, fit, color, condition expectations, or delivery timing. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that your order is a final, non-refundable sale.

We arrange shipping nationwide. While shipping furniture may seem daunting, it is routinely handled by professional carriers and is generally safe and reliable. 

Shipping is not included in the purchase price unless explicitly stated in the item description. The cost to ship a piece of furniture typically ranges from $300–$600, depending on your location, the size of the item, and the shipping provider used. Larger items or furniture sets may cost more to ship.

For customers located within 50 miles of 07834, delivery may be arranged by Mod City Madness at a reduced rate. For all deliveries beyond this 50-mile radius, shipping is handled by independent third-party carriers. Mod City Madness is not responsible for delays in delivery caused by these carriers.

Questions regarding delivery timing, insurance coverage, or shipping claims should be directed to the shipping provider. However, Mod City Madness will assist you in communicating with the carrier when needed.
