This striking pair of Lane Staccato nightstands showcases the bold geometry and sculptural flair that defined Brutalist design in the 1970s. Crafted from white oak, each cabinet features an architectural block pattern along the top edge of the doors—an iconic motif from Lane’s Staccato line. The door faces reveal rich oak grain beneath a clean, natural-toned finish that highlights the strong lines and symmetry of the design.

Inside, each nightstand offers a single shelf for convenient concealed storage, making them practical for use as bedside tables or compact cabinets. The design sits on a recessed plinth base that gives the form a grounded presence while allowing the upper case to feel visually elevated. Sculptural and functional, this pair remains one of the more distinctive examples from Lane’s Brutalist series.
