One of the most celebrated and recognizable designs in the history of American modernism, this Vladimir Kagan Cloud Sectional exemplifies the designer's signature organic sensibility. The sculptural form features a sweeping curved silhouette with a continuous undulating profile — the hallmark of Kagan's free-form aesthetic that defied the rigid geometry of his contemporaries. The sectional presents in flowing sections that together create the iconic cloud-like silhouette Kagan is renowned for.
Vladimir Kagan (1927–2016) was one of the most visionary furniture designers of the 20th century, celebrated for his sensuous organic forms, innovative use of materials, and uncompromising approach to luxury. His Cloud sectional remains one of his most sought-after designs among serious collectors worldwide.
Available in vintage as-pictured condition or fully restored with fresh professional reupholstery. A rare opportunity to own one of the defining works of mid-century American design.
