This vintage 1960s teak serving trolley, designed by the renowned Danish designer Poul Hundevad for Hundevad & Co, embodies the perfect blend of functionality and aesthetic form that characterizes mid-century modern design. Crafted from high-quality teak, known for its durability and rich grain, this trolley stands out with its clean lines and practical design.
The trolley features a versatile top that doubles as a table and a removable serving tray, making it ideal for hosting or as a stylish stationary bar cart. The lower shelf provides additional storage space, useful for holding beverages, glasses, or decorative items. Set on original caster wheels, this piece is easy to move around, offering flexibility in any living space or dining area.
The design reflects Hundevad’s philosophy of simplicity and utility, while its compact form factor makes it suitable for a variety of interior spaces without sacrificing style. This serving trolley not only serves as a functional piece of furniture but also as a collectible item that showcases the elegance of Danish craftsmanship from the 1960s.
