United Furniture Set of 4 Dining Chairs

This set of four vintage mid century modern dining chairs by United Furniture dates to the 1960s and features a refined, sculptural take on classic American modern design. Crafted in warm-toned wood, the chairs showcase gently tapered legs, curved back rails, and slender vertical spindles that create a light, architectural profile from every angle. Two armchairs and two side chairs are included, offering a balanced mix of comfort and visual variety that works beautifully around a dining table.

The design emphasizes clean lines softened by subtle curves, with shaped arms that flow naturally into the back supports and seats that feel substantial without appearing heavy. The proportions are well considered, with a comfortable sit and an elegant stance that reads equally well from the front, side, or back. The original upholstered seats, shown in the photos, add a soft contrast to the wood frames and highlight the craftsmanship typical of United Furniture pieces from this era.

These chairs can be purchased vintage as pictured or vintage restored. The as-pictured option includes cleaning and minor touch-ups while preserving their original character and patina. The vintage restored option includes professional refinishing of the wood frames and full reupholstery of the seats. Fabric is not provided; customers will supply their fabric of choice, and our team will handle the complete reupholstery process to create a finished set ready for decades of continued use.
