★★★★★“Spend the extra to get it refurbished!”Dustin, Etsy review

This Mid Century Modern highboy dresser by Stanley Furniture offers a subtle architectural presence with a focus on form and function. Crafted in the 1960s, the design features five drawers: two top drawers with signature recessed black pulls and three lower drawers with clean, unadorned faces. The sculptural detail is built into the case itself — carved channels between the drawers act as hidden finger pulls, keeping the fronts seamless and emphasizing the vertical grain of the wood.

The frame rests on tapered legs that give the dresser a lifted, modern silhouette. The understated geometry and absence of hardware on the lower drawers highlight the thoughtful craftsmanship behind the piece. It’s a quiet but distinct example of Stanley’s contribution to mid-century American design.
