This striking king-size headboard by Specialty Woodcraft from the 1960s is a bold example of Mid Century Modern design, blending functionality with a sculptural aesthetic. The centerpiece of the headboard is its gently concave upper edge, enhanced by a central frosted panel inset that adds a sleek, reflective touch. This frosted panel offers the option to install an LED light, providing a customizable ambient glow that highlights the headboard’s unique design. The natural wood grain adds warmth and texture, while the minimalist lines reflect the era’s emphasis on clean, geometric forms. Perfect for adding a statement piece to your bedroom, this headboard captures the innovative craftsmanship and distinctive style of its time.
Measuring an impressive 98” in length, this headboard is designed to complement a king-size bed but can also work seamlessly with a queen-size bed. Its thoughtful design incorporates space for placing nightstands in front of the headboard, allowing it to function as a striking backdrop for your entire bedroom setup. Crafted from solid wood, this headboard is both durable and timeless, making it an ideal anchor for your space. Whether paired with Mid Century Modern decor or used as a standout feature in a contemporary setting, this Specialty Woodcraft headboard combines artistry, practicality, and versatility.
