This pair of 1960s vintage mid century modern nightstands by Specialty Woodcraft Inc. features a strong, architectural form balanced by sculptural detailing. Crafted in warm-toned wood with well-matched grain, each nightstand is defined by its bold, carved door pull, which adds depth and movement to the clean front elevation. Tapered legs and a stretcher base lift the cabinets visually while keeping the overall profile grounded and substantial.

Each nightstand has a pair of hinged cabinet doors that open to a spacious interior fitted with an adjustable shelf, allowing for flexible bedside storage. The proportions are wide rather than deep, giving the pair a low, horizontal stance that works especially well in mid century modern bedrooms. Natural grain variation and subtle tonal shifts are visible throughout, emphasizing the material quality and craftsmanship typical of Specialty Woodcraft designs from the period.

These nightstands are available to purchase either vintage as pictured or vintage restored. The as-pictured option includes professional cleaning and minor touch-ups while preserving the original character and finish. The vintage restored option includes a full restoration for those seeking a more refreshed presentation, while maintaining the integrity of the original design.
