Iconic Mid century Modern Vintage King size Headboard designed by Helen and Hobey Baker in the 1960’s. The husband and wife design duo are notorious for using solid walnut and custom, unusual brass hardware. Hand built in their NYC workshop and sold exclusively to the design trade. Extremely well designed with clean angular lines and a gentle sloping frame. Accented by beautiful burl wood panel inlays. A marvelous addition for any mid century modern collector. This is a very large headboard that is built to last for generations.
