This 1960s Cavalier queen headboard brings a warm, architectural presence to the bedroom with its layered walnut silhouette and functional center storage. Designed with extended platform wings on each side, it was made to accommodate nightstands neatly beneath the overhang, creating a cohesive built-in look. The walnut grain adds richness and depth, while the central cabinet offers discreet storage behind drop-front doors—ideal for books, small electronics, or bedtime essentials.
Its clean lines and thoughtful proportions reflect classic Mid Century Modern styling, making it an easy piece to pair with both vintage and contemporary interiors. Whether used on its own or combined with matching nightstands, the headboard creates a striking horizontal statement that instantly elevates the space.
