This 1960s set of six Broyhill Saga dining chairs captures the collection at its most sculptural. Each walnut back is cut in the line's signature silhouette, a curved crest rail that sweeps upward at the corners over a deep arched opening, so the chairs read like a row of matched carvings around a table. The open backs keep the set visually light, and the curves repeat from chair to chair with a rhythm that makes the whole group feel architectural.

As everyday seating the set is well thought out. The shaped backs land at a comfortable angle, the seats sit at a practical 18.5 inch height, and tapered legs joined by stretchers keep each frame sturdy without adding bulk. Six matching side chairs give a full table a clean, uniform look, and the compact footprint lets them tuck neatly under most dining tables between meals.

These dining chairs are in vintage as-pictured condition, showing wear consistent with age and use including surface wear, finish inconsistencies, and minor imperfections throughout. These characteristics contribute to the original vintage appeal and authenticity that many collectors appreciate. For those looking for a fully refinished set, we also offer a restored option. Restoration includes a complete professional refinishing process with sanding, staining, glazing, toning, and lacquering, along with functional adjustments to ensure every chair is solid, square, and ready for everyday use.  Reupholstery is included if purchased restored.  Customer is to provide the fabric.
