This set of six dining chairs from Broyhill Premier’s Saga line captures the essence of 1960s mid-century modern design with an eloquent nod to the bow-tie style backs reminiscent of Paul McCobb’s creations. Each chair is crafted with a keen eye for detail and respect for the sleek, clean lines that define the era. The rich wood tones and graceful curves of the backrest offer a comfortable embrace, while the sturdy construction promises durability and lasting style.

The chairs stand on slender, tapering legs, a testament to the era’s love for minimalist yet functional design. The marriage of form and function is apparent, providing an elegant seating option without compromising on comfort or stability. The Saga line is celebrated for its signature aesthetic that blends seamlessly with a variety of dining room décors, from the strictly vintage to the more eclectic modern mix.

While the current fabric upholds the vintage charm and is in great condition, the option to personalize these chairs is available. The fabric can be reupholstered to your taste at no additional cost, offering a bespoke touch to this classic set. Whether as a tribute to their original design or as a canvas for your own style, these chairs are a perfect complement to any discerning mid-century modern collection.

Condition

As pictured: cleaned, with drawers, doors and structure in working order. The original finish and its wear are left as they are.

The old finish is removed, chips and scratches are repaired, and the piece is sanded, stained, glazed, toned and lacquered by hand, with drawers, doors and hardware adjusted to run smoothly. Most restorations take 4 to 8 weeks before shipping. Some are quicker and some take longer, depending on the piece, and we'll give you an estimate when you order. See our restoration process

Some pieces are only sold restored, and lighting and upholstered pieces are only sold as pictured.

Every piece is one of a kind and sold as a final sale, so ask us anything before you buy.
