This set of four 1960s Broyhill Brasilia dining chairs comes from one of the most recognizable lines in American mid century modern design. Each tall back is shaped around a sculpted center splat that flares toward a peaked crest, with arched openings on either side that echo the Brasilia arch motif. The walnut frames show warm grain and clean, tapering lines.
As a set of four side chairs, they are sized for everyday dining and easy to arrange around a table. The frames rise on slim, tapering legs that keep the look light, while the tall sculpted backs give the set a distinctive, architectural profile. The chairs work well on their own in a smaller dining space or alongside other Brasilia pieces to build a coordinated room.
This set of dining chairs is in vintage as-pictured condition, showing wear consistent with age and use including surface wear, finish inconsistencies, and minor imperfections throughout. These characteristics contribute to the original vintage appeal and authenticity that many collectors appreciate. For those looking for a fully refinished set, we also offer a restored option. Restoration includes a complete professional refinishing process with sanding, staining, glazing, toning, and lacquering, along with functional adjustments to ensure each chair is stable and ready for everyday use. Reupholstery is included with the restored option: you provide the fabric of your choice and we reupholster the chair seats in your fabric.
